Our Job Shadow Opportunities allows High School and College Students to have a glimpse into STEM career pathways by spending a day at with the CERM team in office and at a project site.

Our annual summer camp exposes middle school and high school students to career pathways in architecture, engineering, and construction through hands-on activities, interactions with professionals, and field trips.

Assisting schools with STEM activities, offerings, and linkage of real-world application to curriculum, as well as connections to STEM professionals and organizations to give schools realistic and relevant view of career opportunities.

It is hard to be what you cannot see. We partner STEM professionals with schools so students can see, hear, and do what they do on a level that makes sense to them. Our professionals also coordinate with schools to ensure that curriculum is relevant to jobs in the real world today.

Always falling on the 3rd week in February, National Engineering Week is a celebration of the important work that engineers do for our society. During this week, we connect students to different engineering professionals so they can learn more about the work they are doing and the opportunities in the field.

A girl focused engineering day where over 500 girls from all over the state of Georgia complete various activities with companies and organizations and learn what it means to be an engineer.
